BRIEF is sponsoring the use of iTelescope for students in the ASTR 299 course.

  • Each Team should limit its successful observation requests to no more than 20 images.
  • It is recommended that you use at least two nights for observations.
  • Look at the weather forecasts for your proposed site to select a good time slot.

BRIEF will make every effort to schedule according to your request as time is available on the network. You should expect the earliest an observation can be made is 48 hours after submitting the request. You will receive notice that your data is available within a few days. You will be notified if your run fails so that you can reschedule your observations.
